Salt Chlorinators are an alternative means of sanitising your pool with chlorine using the process of electrolysis. The electrolysis is achieved by passing the salt water solution through an electrolytic cell which converts sodium chloride (salt) in the water into chlorine gas which, when dissolved in water becomes sodium hypochlorite (liquid Chlorine).

Salt Cell:

The SSC's salt cell consists of a series of titanium electrodes with opposite changes. SSC's clear cell housing allows visual inspection of the cell plates and enables monitoring of chlorine production.
