Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the water pump or filtration unit in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
